Description
Neither loud nor a performance. Qut composes gravitas slowly, and every stage of it does one job.
Black pepper wakes the skin; fine saffron gleams over it; cardamom softens the entry. Oriental amber warms the middle, juniper and cedar give it structure, and a soft leather polishes the layers into each other. Then aged Cambodian oud and white musk settle underneath and stop arguing — which is the point. Presence, here, is the art of balance rather than volume.
