Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the MIAPURA store at miapura.com and every order you place through it. The store is owned and operated by ReemanAI Co., Commercial Registration 7053996133, VAT registration 314717021200003.

They are written to meet the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126) and its Implementing Regulations. By completing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Definitions

• "Store" — the MIAPURA online store at miapura.com.
• "the Maison" or "we" — ReemanAI Co., the owner and operator of the store.
• "Customer" or "you" — anyone who uses the store or places an order through it.
• "Product" — any fragrance or other item offered for sale in the store.

2. Eligibility

To use the store you must be eighteen or over and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are acting for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care that product descriptions and images are accurate and genuinely representative. Even so, colour may appear slightly different on your screen, and how a fragrance is perceived and how long it lasts vary from person to person with skin type, climate and how it is worn. That variation is in the nature of fragrance and is not a defect.

All products offered are genuine and sold subject to actual availability. If a product sells out after you order, we will tell you and you may choose to wait for it or cancel and be refunded in full.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT at 15%. Shipping is free on all orders within the Kingdom, and no charge is ever added that was not shown to you first.

A tax invoice meeting ZATCA requirements is issued for every order. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you confirmed it.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full, telling you immediately.

5. Orders and formation of contract

Displaying products is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipping — for example where fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in price or description, or delivery details cannot be verified.

6. Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout, all processed by a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. We neither see nor store your card details. No order ships before payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery

We undertake to deliver within a maximum of fifteen days from completion of purchase, and you may cancel and be refunded in full if we exceed it. Delivery times and geographic coverage are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Returns and exchanges

You have the right to withdraw within seven days of receiving the product, provided you have not used it, on the terms and exceptions set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing here affects your statutory right to return a defective product, or one that does not match its description, and be refunded.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or where misuse is suspected.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the store for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach, disrupt or circumvent its security, scrape its content, or resell our products commercially without our written permission.

11. Intellectual property

The MIAPURA name and mark, and all text, images, video and design in the store, are owned by or licensed to the Maison and protected under Saudi intellectual property law. They may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Liability

We do our best to keep the store available and its information correct, without warranting that it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for fraud, misrepresentation, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If you have a known sensitivity to any fragrance material, check the product's ingredients before use and seek advice where needed. Fragrances are for external use on skin or clothing only.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform where the cause is beyond our control — natural events, decisions of government authorities, or interruption of shipping or telecommunications services.

14. Complaints and disputes

Please raise any complaint first at support@miapura.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. You may then approach the Ministry of Commerce or other competent authorities. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies, and we recommend reading it before each purchase.
